Итак, сегодня мы будем готовить рыбно-овощные котлеты. Для этого нам понадобятся следующие ингредиенты и продукты питания:
- пол килограмма рыбного филе;
- one carrot;
- 100 грамм капусты;
- одна средняя луковичка;
- один зубчик чесночка;
- пару ложек овсяных хлопьев;
- растительное масло, пригодное для жарки;
- зелень (укроп, петрушка);
- перец черный молотый и соль – брать нужно исходя из собственных вкусовых предпочтений.
What to do first.
First, you need to wash the fish fillets well. Since fish does not have such sticky properties as meat, it is necessary to dry the fillet well. After that, grind it in a meat grinder until a homogeneous minced meat is obtained. Do the same with cabbage. Add finely chopped or finely grated garlic to the resulting minced meat. Add finely chopped greens here as well.
The onion must be chopped, and the carrots must be peeled and grated. Fry all this in a preheated pan with a little vegetable oil. After that, pour everything into our minced meat. Add salt, oatmeal, and ground black pepper here. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Moisten your hands well in water and cook small minced meat cakes in the form of cutlets. When all this is finished, roll them in breadcrumbs.
How to fry cutlets correctly.
It is necessary to fry the cutlets in a preheated frying pan, to which you need to add vegetable oil. At first, you need to fry them over high heat on one side until a characteristic golden crust is obtained. Next, fry them in the same way on the second side. After all this, screw the heat to a minimum, cover and bring them to full readiness for another ten minutes. Next, remove them from the pan for a beautiful service and you can serve.
