3-4 small beets;
200 grams of cheese.
A few cloves of garlic (to taste).

How to cook?
Prepare a salad pan, which you will then turn over to give the salad a complete look.
Grate the beets on a coarse grater. Take the mold in which the salad will be and grease it with vegetable oil. After that, put the grated product there. Make a small depression in the mass and grease the resulting layer with mayonnaise. Take the eggs and separate the white and yolk. Grate the egg white on a fine grater, compact on top of the previous layer. Take about 20-25 large grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds from it. After - mix with cheese and mayonnaise. Place on top of the egg white. Flip the mold. What will you need?
3 medium beets.
4 apples.
100 grams of prunes (about 10 pieces).
Walnuts.
Mayonnaise.
How to cook?
Beets and apples must be cut into thin strips so that the resulting pieces are as uniform as possible. Before cooking, steam the prunes by pouring hot water over them and leaving for 10 minutes. After you have softened the prunes, wipe them with a paper towel and also cut into strips. Nuts can be broken with your hands (not very finely). Gently mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. If you want to add spice, make homemade sour cream mayonnaise.
