Dietary recipe: Fish with cherries

Groceries:

In my recipes I use river fish. In this recipe, it is carp, although it can be carp and grass carp. But always in one large piece.

Canned cherries in the recipeharvested during their ripening period. Cherries for harvesting must be chosen large, dark in color, with a small pit and sweet in taste. Remove the seeds, put the cherries in sterile jars (preferably a small volume). A fairly large amount of cherries is included in a 0.5 liter jar. Cover the jars with sterile lids and put in a container of warm water, bring to a boil. The water level in the container should be 1-2 cm below the edge of the jar. Sterilize the jars of cherries for 15 minutes and seal immediately. Such cherries, in their own juice without sugar, can be used in their absence in their natural form in many recipes.

The recipe is for one serving. Cut a piece of foil, the size should allow you to wrap fish with the rest of the products in an envelope, hermetically sealed. Put finely chopped chicken fat on foil. Put a piece of fish on the fat, cherries on top, pineapple slices and raisins. Mix the juice of cherries, pineapple, dry white wine and pour over the fish (lift the edges of the foil so that the juice does not leak out). Wrap the foil and carefully place on a baking sheet, bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
