Dr. Mikhlin Vladislav was born on August 14, 1963 in the city of Perm, Perm region of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
In 1985 he graduated from the Perm State Medical Institute.
Since 1991, he opened a private dental clinic in Perm.
In 2001 he repatriated to Israel. He opened a private clinic in 2010.
The general medical experience is 25 years, of which 10 years in his own clinic. I specialize in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery.
