Ingredients;
4 eggplants
5 teaspoons 6% vinegar
6 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Dill or parsley
Preparation;
Cut the eggplant into 1 cm slices, salt well and remove excess juice with a napkin. Fry on both sides in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Put on a dish in layers, squeeze 6 cloves of garlic in a garlic mustard or finely chop, spread the garlic on the fried eggplant and garnish with dill or parsley.
