Delicious and low-calorie recipe, turkey with beans

Recipe for 4 servings:

1 medium-sized eggplant, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil, for greasing the pan
450 g diced turkey breast
1 medium-sized chopped onion, a 400 g jar of chopped canned tomatoes

Method of preparation:
