There are many varied and interesting recipes for serving and preparing apples. So, for example, apples can be served in the form of juice, baked stuffed apples, and they can also serve as various decorations for other dishes. Today we bring to your attention a recipe for apples stuffed with dried fruits and nuts. For this we need the following ingredients:
apples 4 pieces;
– raisins,
– prunes or other dried fruits 50 grams;
– 50 grams of walnuts or others that suit your taste;
– 50 grams of marmalade;
- powdered sugar.
What to do first.
First we need to prepare the apples. To do this, we first of all wash and dry them well. Then I cut off the upper part, where the stem is located, a short distance from the edge. Remove the core and cut out the pulp, leaving about 1 centimeter on the walls. In this case, you need to act extremely carefully so as not to damage the skin of the apple.
Second phase.
After this, pour hot water over the dried fruits and let them stand for a few minutes so that they steam well. Meanwhile, finely chop the nuts and cut the marmalade into small cubes. Finely chop large dried fruits such as prunes, dried apricots, etc. using kitchen scissors. Excess apple pulp should also be finely chopped.

We mix all our ingredients into one homogeneous mass and stuff our apples with it. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees until the apples become soft. Once the apples are ready, remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. When serving, sprinkle our apples with powdered sugar and decorate with pieces of marmalade.
