Knead the dough in a bread oven. Leave to rise for 40 minutes. Roll out the finished dough thinly, cut out small products using a mold or glass and place on a baking sheet covered with oiled paper. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 ° C. Grease the products with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and cumin seeds. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
