Isn't it harmful to lose weight quickly?
Weight loss with the right diet is not quick, but natural. At the same time, the speed of weight loss is individual for everyone. During the diet, your body decides for itself how much fat it burns per day. Everyone has their own speed of weight loss: some are faster, some are slower. It depends on several conditions: age, initial weight, effort and the correctness of diet. Also, the higher your starting weight, the faster your weight loss.
Is it necessary to exercise while dieting?
Light daily physical activity is essential. The diet uses intense sports or heavy physical activity, where you need to force or overpower yourself in order to exercise daily. Light and simple physical exercises are not enough to lose weight.
