Did you know that sesame (aka sesame, Sesamum Indicum) is such a large herbaceous plant, the seeds of which have a nutty and slightly sweet taste. In the Far East, almost all pastries are sprinkled with sesame seeds, and they are also added to poultry and beef dishes. You can also add sesame to porridge (buckwheat, millet, rice), so they are much tastier. Therefore, now we offer you this sesame recipe: cheese cookies with sesame seeds.

Ingredients needed to make cookies.
300 grams of flour;
300 grams of cheese (preferably hard);
200-250 grams of butter;
2 eggs;
1 teaspoon of nutmeg;
sesame seeds (a pack of 20 grams is enough);
1 yolk for greasing the cookies.

Making cheese biscuits with sesame seeds.

Knead the dough from flour, grated cheese, butter and eggs, season it with nutmeg, wrap it in foil and leave for an hour in the refrigerator. Then roll it out half a centimeter thick, sprinkle with flour and cut out the figures with molds. Grease the figures with yolk (you can add a little salt or sugar to it), sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a cool oven.
