Today we are going to bake bread. Since yeast dough needs a warm and quiet place, take care in advance to prepare, heat and not freeze the room. For the procedure of creating this bread we will need:
– one kilogram of flour,
– three eggs,
- 3/8 litre of milk,
- 100 grams of sugar,
- 150 grams of oil,
– one teaspoon of lemon zest,
– one teaspoon of salt,
– one cube of fresh yeast.
Cooking procedure:
1. First of all, you need to pour flour on a clean surface. Make a well in it with your finger, pour crumbled yeast there, and then pour warm milk. Then you should leave it for a period of about 10 minutes.

5. The risen dough is molded into a brick of bread, although you can be creative and mold anything, even buns or pigtails. The molded products are covered with a napkin once more and left for a period of 5-10 minutes.
6. The process of baking bread should be carried out in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees until ready. If you made sweet buns, then at the end you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
