Recipe: Risotto with rice and chicken of proper nutrition!

A portion of risotto with rice and chicken
per person, you will need:

  • 130 grams of chicken breast
  • half a small onion
  • 5 pcs mushrooms
  • 100 grams of pre-cooked rice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dill or other greens

The recipe for stuffed tomatoes is designed for two persons.

Finely chop all the vegetables, fry the garlic, onions and mushrooms in a pan. Add the chicken breast, pre-baked in the grill at a temperature of 200 degrees - 15 minutes.
Fry the rice, then add 50 milligrams of water, simmer for 5 minutes, add dill or other herbs.
