Dr. Victoria Neumann is a leading physician and has been the head of the inpatient department of the Davidov Cancer Center at the Rabin Medical Center since 2012. She specializes in urologic oncology and is also recognized as one of the best oncologists in Israel for the treatment of breast cancers. In addition, Dr. Neumann teaches oncology at the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, as well as advanced training courses for doctors and nurses.
Dr. Neumann received her medical education in Ukraine, at the Chernivtsi State Medical Institute.
