"Duck with apples"
A classic and proven recipe for a New Year's and Christmas dish. We will need duck, apples, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, spices and salt.
First, prepare the marinade. Mix half a cup of vinegar with two tablespoons of olive oil and add spices and salt to taste. Grease the already gutted duck with marinade and leave it overnight in a cool place.
The next day, we stuff the marinated duck with apples, pre-peeled and cut into quarters. Put the duck on a baking sheet and cover it around with the remaining fruit slices. Bake for about two hours and every half an hour pour the duck with the fat and juice formed during baking.
The side dish will be apples baked in duck - they turn out very tasty. But cut the slices from the baking sheet into pieces, put them in a saucepan, add a little fat, cinnamon and sugar and simmer for no more than 5 minutes. The duck is served with a cooked side dish.
"Pork roll with nuts"
To cook such a festive dish, you will need pork fillet, smoked bacon, chopped walnuts, onions, butter, mushrooms. Rinse pork fillet weighing 1 kg, dry with a paper towel. Lay out the piece on the table, make transverse cuts and beat off. Then rub the fillet with pepper and salt and send it to the preheated oven, usually it is 180 degrees.
While the pork is baking, prepare the filling for the roll. Cut 100 g of bacon, 2 onions and 150 g of mushrooms into small cubes. First, fry the bacon, and lightly melt it from excess fat, then add mushrooms and onions to the roasting pan and fry everything for no more than 10 minutes. At the end, add chopped walnuts. Put the fillet on the finished piece, roll it up and tighten it with twine. Sprinkle with ground pepper, nuts on top and fry in a pan until golden brown. Transfer the roll to a baking sheet and put in the oven for an hour.
"Salmon kebab"
Cut the fish into pieces, and the cheese into cubes. String all the ingredients on skewers - salmon, shrimp, cheese. Cut the puff pastry into strips, wrap skewers with them, grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for no more than half an hour.
