Salad "Holiday on the doorstep"

Salad "Rainbow lamb"

The salad includes those products that our Sheep or Goat likes.

  • 4 tangerines
  • A bunch of basil
  • half a can of corn
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Lettuce
  • Green onion feathers
  • Ground black pepper and dry herbs
  • Olive oil and juice of one lemon
  • Two handfuls of white breadcrumbs, preferably homemade. They should be airy and not overdried.

The ingredients are selected in the best possible way - corn and pomegranate seeds symbolize the curls of a lamb, greens are an integral part of its diet, it is impossible to imagine the New Year without tangerines.

Wash the greens thoroughly, finely chop the onion and basil, tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces in a plate, mix everything. Add pomegranate and corn seeds and diced tangerines to the greens.

Season the salad with olive oil, to which herbs, pepper and lemon juice were previously added. After that, add croutons to the salad.

Salad "Goat"

Salad perfectly replaces the usual "Olivier", especially since it is an indispensable dish during the Christmas fast.

Boil and cut into cubes 4 potatoes, 2 carrots, and 3 eggs. Cut one green apple and 2 fresh or pickled cucumbers into cubes, chop a bunch of green onions and dill and mix everything. Add 200 grams of canned chanterelles to vegetables, salt and season with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with canned cranberries on top.

  • Dried fruits: 50 grams of dried apricots and raisins
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of pineapples
  • 3 squid carcasses
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • Half a jar of olives
  • Mayonnaise

Boil the eggs and squid carcasses, cut into strips. Mix them with chopped dried fruits, onions and olives cut into rings. Cut the pineapple and place it in a colander to drain excess juice.

Cut the mushrooms and fry in oil. Let it cool and add to the salad. Do not forget about pineapple. Salt the salad and season with mayonnaise. Put on a plate lined with lettuce leaves.
