2 chicken breasts
150 gr. fresh mushrooms (any mushrooms will do)
50 ml. dry white wine
30-40 ml. cream with a fat content of at least 20%
20 gr. butter
1 onion
1 tbsp flour

Cooking chicken fillet with mushrooms in wine sauce.
How to cut the breast - into thin cubes or cut into two parts (lengthwise) - it depends on the number of eaters. If you cook for two, then make two fillets from the breast. Season with salt, ground pepper and other spices to your own taste. Heat the oil. Bread the fillet in flour, fry for 3 minutes on all sides. Transfer the cooked meat to a heated plate, cover, keep warm. In the same saucepan, fry the chopped onions and mushrooms until soft. Pour in 50 ml of boiling water. After 5 minutes, when the mushrooms are soft, add the wine and cream. Cook the sauce for another 5 minutes, until it thickens a little. Remove it from heat. Stir to combine, season with butter. Serve the fillet with any side dish.
