Most importantly, you can give your battery to help only to start a faulty car that did not start only because of a discharged battery. Otherwise, you can hopelessly "drain" the battery on your car.
Therefore, it is necessary to first carefully inspect the faulty car (whether there is a smell of gasoline, in what condition the ignition system, wiring is), ask the owner about the behavior of the car recently.
If before that the engine tripled (perhaps problems with faulty spark plugs), started with difficulty, stalled unexpectedly, you must first eliminate the cause, and then "light up".
If there is a pungent smell of burnt electrical wiring under the hood, then there can be serious problems when "lighting up". Most likely, we have a car with a short circuit in the wiring, starter or battery. In this case, when starting, you can easily lose your wiring, the battery may even explode (there is a powerful reaction of heating the electrolyte, it boils quickly).

Connect the battery terminals of two cars with wires in the following sequence:
- First of all, connect the "plus" of a discharged battery with a "plus" serviceable battery.
- Then connect with the second wire to the negative terminal of the charged battery.
