Microwaves are considered a form of electromagnetic energy. Any microwave oven embraces a mitron in which electrons are charged by electromagnetic fields in such a way as to create a microwave outpouring that interacts with food molecules. Microwaves "bombard" food molecules, forcing polar molecules to spin at a frequency of millions of times per second, creating molecular friction that heats food. Undoubtedly, friction causes significant harm to food molecules, tearing or deforming them. To put it simply, a microwave oven causes the breakdown and configuration of the molecular texture of food.
It is clear that such a principle of work cannot lead to anything pleasant and, of course, useful. Hence the results of the study of the use of microwaves, the percentage of cancer cells in the blood increases significantly, an increase in carcinogenic drugs in milk and cereals, digestive disorders, interruption of the lymphatic system and damage to the body's ability to protect itself from malignant tumors ... A microwave oven significantly reduces the time it takes to heat up and defrost food. However, if you effectively calculate the work in the kitchen, the superiority of the microwave disappears.
If you need to defrost food, you can take it out of the freezer in advance, overnight. If you forgot or did not think in advance, it's okay - you can cook something else. If you need to reheat, then there is a saucepan of the appropriate size or a frying pan for this. If the product is not liquid (not soup), then you need to add a little water and cover with a lid, while the food is steamed. Of course, it takes a certain skill to add the right amount of water, but it is easy to develop. When I don't have a lot of time to stand at the stove, I use quicker and simpler recipes, I also use baking in the oven. For example, cutlets turn into a meat casserole when cooked in this way. The same minced meat, also tasty, only less work.
There is another advantage in life without a microwave oven - you do not need to invent free space in the kitchen for it.
Of course, everyone chooses the method of cooking and heating food, but let's make such a choice consciously!
