Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet or thigh - 300g.
  • Green onions (or leeks) – 12 stalks
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • White pepper (ground) – a pinch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Yakitori sauce – 4 tbsp.

First, soak bamboo sticks (5-6 pcs.) in cold water for two hours.
At this time, prepare the chicken:
