Stuffed cucumbers “Gilardini”

Gilardini stuffed cucumbers are rightfully not only extremely unusual in their preparation, but also very tasty when consumed. In addition, if you decorate the festive table with them, your family and guests will be delighted with such creativity.

Stuffed Gilardini cucumbers
For cooking, we need the following ingredients:

  • cucumber 150 g.
  • the yolk of one chicken egg,
  • 120 g sour cream,
  • 10 g mayonnaise,
  • dill 5 g.
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:
Peel the cucumbers and cut lengthwise. With a spoon, remove the middle from the cucumbers so that you get boats. Whip the sauce from mayonnaise, yolk and sour cream, season the resulting sauce with salt, pepper and half of the dill greens, then take and stuff the cucumber boats with the resulting sauce and decorate everything superficially with the remaining greens. Now stuffed cucumbers can be served.
