Mushroom salad using olives.

1) Components necessary to create this salad:

  • three kilograms of mushrooms (mushrooms are best, of course),
  • you will also need 110 grams of green pepper (chopped),
  • 110 grams of celery will be needed,
  • 220 grams of green olives (stuffed) will be needed,
  • one onion,
  • one tablespoon of oregano,
  • one tablespoon of garlic salt,
  • You will also need to prepare 110 grams of vegetable oil in advance,
  • lemon juice.

2) The procedure for creating a salad.

Mushrooms must first be washed and chopped, then placed in boiling water, and brought to a boil. Then you should throw them on a sieve. Two-thirds of the mushrooms are then seasoned with salt, and the remaining third of the mushrooms are seasoned with lemon juice. All this must be endured for half an hour. Next, you should again put the mushrooms on a sieve, and also add pre-chopped green peppers, stuffed green olives, as well as celery and onions, and after this addition, season it all with oregano, garlic sauce, and at the same time vegetable oil (but, still, olive oil is better). At the end of all the above procedures, you need to mix everything well and let it cool.

Greek salad

1) Components necessary to create this salad:

  • two tomatoes,
  • two cucumbers,
  • one bunch of green onions,
  • one bell pepper,
  • 200 grams of cheese,
  • 200 grams of black olives,
  • basil
  • four tablespoons of olive oil,
  • lemon juice,
  • Salt and ground black pepper should be taken based on your own taste preferences.

2) Salad preparation procedure.

First of all, you need to cut tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese into cubes, and peppers into rings. Finely chop the green onions, and tear the basil leaves into small pieces. Put all chopped products in a bowl and season with olive oil, lemon juice (you should take one teaspoon), salt and pepper to taste. This salad is served with a white loaf.
