It seems to us that it is worth cooking this simple dish with the whole family at least once - homemade noodles.

And so, we cook homemade noodles
1. First, we take and break one egg into the space of a dry bowl, and then beat it a little with a spoon.
2. Then add the sifted flour. It is necessary to mix well with a spoon until the egg and flour grip well enough and firmly. And then knead with your hands for 5-7 minutes until the dough turns into an elastic and smooth consistency.
3. Next, sprinkle some flour on top and then just leave it so that the dough can rest, you need to leave it for about 10-15 minutes. This is done for the purpose that it can be rolled out more easily.
4. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin so that it takes the form of a thin cake.
5. Leave for another period of about 10-15 minutes so that the rolled dough can dry a little.
6. Then cut into even pieces, which we put one on top of the other, sprinkling, at the same time, with flour. Then fold it in half and cut the noodles diagonally.
7. At the end of the cut, separate and place on a dish.
