The process of sprouting wheat grains is quite simple and will not take much of your time. To do this, you need to select healthy intact grains, rinse them with clean cold water and leave them in water to germinate for 7-8 hours. After this time, you need to drain the water and rinse the wheat again with cold water. Then you should cover the bowl with wheat with gauze and wait for the first sprouts to appear. When sprouts appeared, the product can be eaten, for example, mix grains with honey, or add to a salad.

2. Cranberry. Cranberries are very rich in vitamins such as A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, C, K. It also contains a lot of potassium, iron, manganese, iodine, sodium, calcium, boron, zinc. This berry is able to cure any cold. Cranberry tea is very useful. To prepare it, you need a handful of berries, pour 1 liter of boiling water and infuse in a thermos for 2-3 hours. It is recommended to add honey to the finished infusion.

3. Beet. It can be used to make an inexpensive, but very healthy and tasty vitamin juice. Such a drink contains a whole arsenal of both vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B, C, carotenes, folic and pantothenic acid, magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc, copper, iodine, manganese, phosphorus, cobalt, etc. By the way, in order for the drink to be easily absorbed by the body, you need to add a few drops of vegetable oil to it.
