Cooking for dinner in a multicooker "Eggplant with nuts"

For those who have this "wonderful machine" and 40 minutes of time, we offer a recipe for a wonderful dish "Eggplant with nuts", which can be eaten without a twinge of conscience by both a vegetarian and a meat-eater.

So, in order to cook dinner in a multicooker, in addition to the product itself, we will need:

  • 300 g eggplant;
  • 100 g peeled walnuts;
  • 70 g tomatoes;
  • 40 g onions;
  • 10 g garlic;
  • salt and spices to taste.

The process of cooking in a multicooker is quite simple and does not require any special skills or abilities from you, it is enough to prepare the products and leave their cooking to your indispensable "assistant".

Mix chopped walnuts with chopped tomatoes, onions and garlic, adding salt and spices there. Cut the eggplants lengthwise and remove all the seeds from them, then stuff them with the mixture prepared at the first stage. Wrap the stuffed eggplants with special food foil and place them in the bowl of the multicooker.

After putting the eggplants wrapped in foil, close the lid and select the "STEWING" or "BAKING" program (depending on the model of the multicooker) and set the cooking time on the timer to 40 minutes. It remains to press "START" and wait for the completion of the cooking program.

"Voila" - the dish is ready. It remains only to play with the aesthetic side of serving the dish. You can garnish your eggplants with lime wedges and walnuts or season them with thyme and majora, in both cases this culinary masterpiece is guaranteed to be a success.
