A fairly simple, quick and low-calorie turkey dish, if you don't know what to cook for dinner, then take this recipe into your arsenal:

We will need:
Turkey meat – 500 g.
White cabbage – 1 pc, not large
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Onion – 1 pc.
Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l.
Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
Salt, pepper mixture – to taste
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Parsley - for decoration
Water – 100 ml
How to cook:
Wash the fillet and cut into pieces of 3-4 cm.
Start frying the meat in oil (in an appropriate pan with high sides), adding finely chopped onions to it.
After 5-7 minutes, put the carrots grated on a medium grater and fry for 5 minutes.
Add finely chopped cabbage to fried vegetables.
Pour water in the same way, (add to taste) bay leaf, tomato paste and stew.
After 30 minutes, salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite herbs or seasonings. After 20 minutes, the dish is ready.
Garnish with parsley.
