"Old zrazy" in mushroom sauce
A perennial problem for many people is what to cook for dinner? However, having minced meat in your arsenal, you can create an unthinkable number of delicious dishes and it is not necessary to "terrorize" the family with banal cutlets. After all, in just a couple of hours, you can cook nutritious meat zrazy with filling. Probably, many will be surprised, but from time immemorial the Slavs made zrazy exclusively from meat stuffed with any filling.
So, to create a zraz you will need:
- a kilogram of combined minced pork and veal;
- three/four onions;
- a few pieces of loaf;
- one glass of milk;
- spices;
- greens;
- about five eggs;
- sixty grams of sunflower oil;
- three hundred grams of champignons;
- sour cream and tomato paste.
Cooking technology
Beat an egg into a container with minced meat and mix everything until smooth, and only then beat off. At this time, for the future filling, boil a few eggs, which should be cut into cubes.
Now let's deal with the filling:
- Next, fry our mushrooms in melted butter together with onions, herbs and bring the ingredients to a golden color.
- Then add the crushed eggs to it. Of course, mix all this and salt.
Lightly grease a baking dish with fat and form a medium-sized cake from the minced meat. At the same time, do not forget to place the filling on it and form a "cutlet".
To prepare the sauce, you should fry the mushrooms cut into slices for a few minutes and after a while add a few spoonfuls of sour cream mixed with tomato paste. As soon as the sauce reaches the condition, it must be moved to a mold with zrazy and all this splendor is "shoved" into the oven, heated to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees. In about forty minutes, you will extract a flavorful dish that will delight all members of the family.
