Eight original cocktails for Women's Day
For almost a century, all over the world, humanity has been celebrating a delightful holiday - the Eighth of March. Traditionally, on this day, representatives of the stronger sex prepare all sorts of surprises for their beloved beauties. Of course, there are many ways to please the lady of your heart. For example, you can prepare enchanting cocktails that will perfectly complement the festive table and surprise even the most capricious beauty.
“Exotic cocktail” - an unforgettable taste of the tropics
This is a drink for those with a sweet tooth who adore exotic fruits with their truly heavenly sweetness. It looks impressive and is prepared quite quickly.
We peel the sweet mango and cut it into beautiful slices, then beat the fruit with rum, coconut ice cream, and then decorate the cocktail with chocolate chips.
“Turquoise Dreams” - a cocktail for dreamy ladies
You need to have the following ingredients at home:
- lemons (two pcs.);
- sugar (one hundred and fifty grams), and then add lemon juice (thirty ml.);
- soda (one hundred and twenty ml.);
- vodka (forty-five ml.).
So, you need to carefully cut off the lemon zest and pour boiling water over it. Then, after cooling the zest liquid, add freshly squeezed lemon juice to it and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.
You can also simplify the preparation process by replacing the lemonade with a mixture of lemon juice and soda. It is preferable to pour the prepared liquid into a tall glass with ice and add a little vodka and the delicious Blue Curacao liqueur, thanks to which the cocktail becomes turquoise and refreshing.
“Night of Passion” – only for “hot things”
Undoubtedly, a romantic and sweet cocktail made from peach and lemon juice, as well as papaya syrup, ice, strong gin along with orange-flavored liqueur will turn the head of any representative of the fair sex.
Place ice cubes in a shaker and fill them with peach and lemon juice, orange liqueur, add gin and papaya syrup. Shake the drink until foamy, then serve in a chilled glass.
"Passion" - a forbidden sweetness
The cocktail includes the famous Irish liqueur Baileys with a delicate creamy taste (fifty grams) and the French strong liqueur Cointreau (fifty grams), which has a floral and fruity aroma. As a rule, the drink is supplemented with whipped sweet cream, and to remove excessive sugariness, it is refreshed with crushed ice.
Use a shaker to shake the ice until it's crushed, then stir it in with the liqueurs. When serving the cocktail, garnish it with whipped cream and berries.
"Drunk Pineapple"
The intoxicating drink is served with chocolate cookies. Cut the pineapple pulp into large cubes and beat in a blender, adding a little rum (literally a couple of tablespoons) and a little ice cream.
"Temptation" - a refreshing and bold cocktail
The cooking method is quite easy. You have to mix two parts of vodka, the same amount of pineapple and apricot liqueur. Then add some lime juice and Grenadine syrup. Shake all ingredients several times in a shaker.
“Superwoman” - ready in 5 minutes
A relatively strong cocktail with the noble taste of Scotch whiskey (forty ml.) and notes of cocoa (twenty ml. light liqueur), decorated with airy cream (thirty ml.) and “spicy” nuts. Stir the liqueur with whiskey and pour the mixture into a long glass, generously garnishing with cream and nuts.
“Steel Woman” - a cocktail for stylish ladies
You need to cool in advance all the components of the future drink, which can amaze with a slightly citrusy-sour aftertaste. Alternately pour into the shaker: vodka (fifty ml.); liqueur (twenty-five ml.); cranberry and lemon juice (fifty ml each). After mixing the drinks, pour the cocktail into cool glasses.
Shake the shaker vigorously for a while, then empty the glass of ice and pour the contents of the shaker into it. The cocktail can be garnished with a thin slice of lime.
The charming dessert “Raffaello” will melt the heart of any young lady
The dessert goes harmoniously with absolutely all eight cocktails. Melt the white chocolate in a “water bath” or in the microwave, then cool slightly and add butter to it and stir until smooth. Then add two tablespoons of lightly salted coconut flakes.
Place the prepared cream in the refrigerator and wait until it cools completely. While the chocolate deliciousness is cooling, take the almonds and mix them with wet hands with the sweet powder, then fry over medium heat until the nuts acquire a golden hue.
We take the frozen cream out of the refrigerator, and then, armed with two spoons, we try to create balls into which we put the almonds and sprinkle them with waffle breading, then we spread the future “rafaellas” with whipped cream and finally, roll them in coconut flakes. At the end you will get an incredibly tasty and easy-to-prepare dessert. It is advisable to leave the dish in the refrigerator overnight and let it brew.
