Raphaël Resto-Bistro showcases the inspired menu of Chef Raffi Cohen, one of Israel’s top chefs.
The restaurant is situated in the David Tower on Tel-Aviv’s Hayarkon Street, and diners overlook typical Tel-Aviv scenes and the Mediterranean beachfront.
Raffi Cohen creates dishes that are influenced by international cuisine techniques, such as the North African and French, and top quality raw materials – mostly locally sourced and carefully selected.
The serving-plate is the stage for the culinary creation and the raw materials it’s made of. In line with that belief, dishes served at Raphael are crammed with flavours and textures, and every meal at Raphael is a journey of discovery.
